The K6, K8 and K15, just like GPS09 or ACC 2, are available in "Open Version". These keypads can be easily configurable via USB with Aim software RaceStudio 3 for transmitting the data via CAN to every external device. The devices are water and dust resistant and can be installed both inside and outside the cockpit. They are fully customisable and proposed with a wide range of interchangeable inserts sold seperatly. View Inserts

The "Open Version" can also be used as an Aim Expansion, without any issues or limitations.

The keypads will enable you to have your very own selected buttons at your fingertips. Available in 6, 8 and 15 key keypads.

The Push buttons can be:

MOMENTARY

• The pushbutton status is ON when the pushbutton is pushed.

TOGGLE

• The pushbutton status changes from ON to OFF every time the pushbutton is pushed.

MULTI-STATUS

• The pushbutton value changes from 0 to a MAX value every time the pushbutton is pushed.

CAN MESSAGES CONFIGURATION

The status of the pushbuttons is transmitted at fixed frequency or/and when it changes.

The CAN messages as frequency, IDs, baud rate, endian and contents can be freely configured.

The status of every pushbutton at the power OFF can be hold at the next power ON.

K6/K8/K15 Open Keypads can manage a CAN INPUT protocol, in order to give a feedback, trough the color LEDs, based upon the information received.

RGB LED's

RGB LEDs are the best choice in low visibility conditions. Every pushbutton can be enlightened in 1 of 8 different colors, solid or blinking, according to the configuration defined by the user.

Expansion Features

K Keypads can be connected to the AiM master devices such as dashes, dash loggers and PDMs.

They can be freely configurable as an expansion using the AiM software RaceStudio 3.

Additional Controls

In addition to the primary functionality of the buttons, K6/K8/K15 buttons can be setup for managing the AiM display connected to the devices.

Configure & Analyse with Race Studio 3

Configuration

With Race Studio 3 you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, Math channels, Display Pages, Digital outputs, Alarms, Shift Lights and all the expansions you need. You will also be able to manage the map of all your racing tracks and compare two laps watching the video recorded by SmartyCam HD cameras.

Analysis

With Race Studio 3 you can also analyse all data recorded and downloaded to your PC: graphs, histograms and tables will help you study your performance, providing objective support to avoid mistakes and improve performances.
