Aim Infrared Belt Temperature System (IBTS) Single Point Sensor

The infrared belt temperature system gauges real time belt and voltage monitoring with customisable alerts, helping you protect your UTV from costly damage and keep performance at its peak in even the toughest off-road conditions.

The IBTS has:

• Single Point Sensor: Gauges and displays average belt temperature with accuracy.
• Multi-Point Sensor (optional): Divides the area into 16 zones, sending readings every 0.1 seconds via CAN communication for maximum insight.

Data is automatically recorded every 10 seconds and stored in the internal memory for easy review after use.

Set your own warning and alarm thresholds to stay ahead of any issues. These alerts are essential insights, acting as an early warning system that helps prevent serious mechanical damage or unexpected breakdowns.
Here’s why each alert on the IBTS matters:

• Temperature Alerts: The drive belt is critical in a UTV. If it overheats, it can slip, wear out prematurely, or fail completely, leaving you stranded and facing expensive repairs. The yellow and red alerts let you react before it gets to that point, protecting both performance and reliability.
• Voltage Alerts: A healthy battery and electrical system are essential for powering gauges, lights, ignition, and accessories. If the voltage drops too low or spikes too high, it can cause failures or damage components.

Alerts ensure you know instantly when something’s wrong, so you can fix it before it costs time or money. Therefore, for temperature alerts, you will see yellow for warnings, and red for alarms (with flashing LED and on-screen message). For voltage alerts, normal voltage will be shown in green, and you can set custom thresholds that trigger yellow or red alerts for anything else.
