AiM GS-DASH & EVO4S Data Logger Kit
The AiM GS-Dash is a compact, flexible and fully configurable graphical display showing data sampled by our AiM loggers the EVO4S.
This dash is small in dimension which makes it particularly suitable for small cockpit installations like powerboats. It features a 5 pin binder 712 male spiral cable which will enable you to connect your EVO4S with minimum effort.
The AiM EVO4S is a powerful and flexible data logger. The EVO4S samples all the information you need by the data coming from your vehicles ECU via CAN, RS232 or K-Line, accelerometers the GPS Module and additional custom sensors added to it.
Many sensors can be added to the EVO4S. There are 5 analogue channels with configurable 12 bit 0-5V, 0-500 mV, 0-50mV inputs or thermocouple input, used to sample data coming from temperature, pressure, suspension and other sensors used for your requirements.
2 Speed inputs, which allow monitoring the different wheel behaviour.
1 RPM input, which manages square wave signals transmitted by the ECU, or pulse signals picked from the command.
Display
The GS-Dash can be backlit in one of seven available colours, it also features an ambient light sensor that makes brightness and contrast ideal in all light conditions.
The GS-Dash is compact in structure and features a wide 268x128 pixel display to maximise readability.
Configurable Pages & Lap Times
The GS-Dash can swap among pages showing lap times and data in a customizable way to suit your needs. You can choose the data and create pages displaying up to eight fields in each. The RPM, lap time page layout is available to display the RPM graph, lap time and three channels of your choice.
You can visualise the rolling time or static or predictive lap time (as an absolute value or as a difference vs. the best lap).
Configurable Shift Lights & Alarms
The GS-Dash features five RGB shift lights which can be individually configured for each gear, choosing LED colour and RPM threshold values for their activation.
Alarm LEDs are managed in a very flexible way. You can choose the situation that generates the alarm, the LED behaviour (blinking frequency and colour) when the alarm appears and the conditions for its switch off. A warning message can also be shown.
When your session is over you can easily recall your sampled data by your EVO4S data logger.
A key summary is available at the end of each session, the best laps of the session with their times, min/max speed and min/max RPMs.

Configure & Analyse with Race Studio 3
Configuration
With Race Studio 3 you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, Math channels, Display Pages, Digital outputs, Alarms, Shift Lights and all the expansions you need. You will also be able to manage the map of all your racing tracks and compare two laps watching the video recorded by SmartyCam HD cameras.
Analysis
With Race Studio 3 you can also analyse all data recorded by GS-Dash and downloaded to your PC: graphs, histograms and tables will help you study your performance, providing an objective support to avoid mistakes and improve performances.
