The Aim Solo Backing Plate is used for securely mounting the out of production Solo and Solo DL GPS Lap Timers onto most flat surfaces. It is ideal for use as a spare for people who need an extra mount for another vehicle, ensuring the quick and easy transfer of the Solo.
Why Choose the Aim Solo Backing Plate
The Solo has two large integrated magnets on the back that hold it in place. By attaching the spare backing plate to a flat, but visible surface, you can simply install or remove the lap timer with ease, ready for track days. For a more permanent and secure fitting, there are also options to screw the mounting bracket to the lap timer.
