Aim ブレーキ圧力センサー 1/8 NPT 0-2000 PSI

The Aim 0-2000 PSI Pressure Sensor is available in 1/8 NPT thread options and is fitted with a 4-pin 719 male binder connector to suit Aim loggers, dash loggers, lap timers and dash displays. Many aspects affect various engine pressures, so knowing your engine has the correct amount of pressure is paramount to longevity and performance.

If there is a pressure change, incorporating a pressure sensor into your setup will allow it to be detected and signalled to prevent the worst. You can see through live telemetry about what’s happening as the sensor turns the physical force of fluid pressure into a predictable electrical signal that can be monitored to protect your engine.

The Aim Brake Pressure Sensor is screwed into the brake line or master cylinder using its 1/8 NPT threaded fitting. Because brake systems can reach thousands of pounds of force, the internal diaphragm is made of high-strength stainless steel.

As you press the brake pedal, the master cylinder forces hydraulic fluid against this diaphragm. The sensor measures how much the diaphragm flexes under this intense pressure and converts it into an electrical voltage signal:

• Low Pressure (0 PSI): With no pressure on the pedal, the sensor outputs a baseline voltage of 0.5 Volts (V).
• High Pressure (2000 PSI): Under maximum braking, the sensor outputs its peak voltage of 4.5 Volts (V).

This is a linear scale. If you apply exactly half the maximum pressure (1000 PSI), the voltage will be exactly halfway between the minimum and maximum (2.5V). This signal allows the data logger to record exactly how hard - and how fast - you are hitting the brakes.
