AiM CAN Channel Expansion

The Aim Channel Expansion is a compact CAN device is used to enhance your logger's performance.

Key Features :

Enhance your logger performance Simplify wiring
CAN cable length <50cm Five pins 712 male binder connection

CAN Channel Expansion

The AIM Channel Expansion is a compact CAN device that provides virtually endless data system expansion possibilities. The Channel Expansion hub adds up to four freely configurable analogue (or two digital and two analogues) channels without occupying or modifying any existing system channels.

A further benefit of using the Channel Expansion is that it simplifies sensor wiring, allowing the various sensors to plug into the hub and just one cable to the logger. It is also possible to use a Data Hub to connect to the data logger or dash display as many Channel Expansions as needed.

Configured using the Race Studio 3 software, the Channel Expansion will be recognised automatically by the logger when switched on. Easy to install, the aluminium chassis is both robust and waterproof.

The CAN cable length is 150cm's long.

Please Note: To connect to each sensor, you will need a 712-719 patch lead for the connected sensor.

Create a Network

You can create a network to advance your system by adding a Data Hub, which will give you four additional CAN channels. In addition, you can add the LCU Lambda Controller. GPS Module, TC Hub and SmartyCams.
