Aim Vann/olje K-type termoelement temperatursensor

The Aim K type thermocouple temperature sensor can measure the water/oil temperature by being placed in the cooling system. It will measure temperatures up to 150ºC to prevent damage from overheating, as failure to operate the engine or gearbox oil within the correct temperature range can reduce efficiency, reduce power transmitted to your wheels, and drastically reduce longevity.

A water/oil temperature sensor is especially useful for performance or track vehicles to know when to ease up on the engine, but it can also be helpful in a standard car to know if you are pushing the vehicle too hard, which may lead to problems.

The thermocouple must be put in the cooling system/oil sump; it is recommended to install the sensor away from heat and electromagnetic interference sources such as RPM or lap receiver cables. The sensor is fully compatible with Aim loggers and dash displays.
