Non Contact Laser Ride Height Sensor.

The non-contact Laser Ride Height Sensor is designed to withstand the harsh environments of motorsport.

The miniature sensor has a small visible laser which reflects off the tracks surface to a precision CCD detector which determines the height from the ground.

Laser sensors are designed to measure distances without contact, using laser radiation. It is ideal for measuring distances between moving objects.
With measurement range of 60 - 260mm the sensor is ideal for use on all types of vehicle. With a measurement rate of 1KHz and linearity of 0.1% ensures a fast and accurate recording of your real time car data.

The ride height sensor is made with a strong aluminium casing and will protect against high vibration and temperature.

In the event of any damage the plastic lens can be replaced.

The lasers are classified for Laser Class 2 and the Laser operation is indicated by LED state.
