EVO4S Data Logging Kit

The AiM EVO4S Data Logger is a powerful and flexible datalogger. It has one connector per channel connection logic and a resigned internal electronic board. The AiM EVO4S is fully compatible with the last generation of AiM dash/logger and the our powerful race studio 3 software.

A Wide Range of Sources for your Data

The EVO4S samples all the information you need, data coming from the Engine Control Unit (ECU) via CAN, RS232 or K-Line. From the internal accelerometer and gyro, from the GPS Module which is included in this kit and permits automatic and precise lap time calculations.

Suspension Potentiometer & Brake Sensor

The suspension potentiometer sensor allows you to measure linear displacements such as, dampers compression or extension, steering rotation measured through the rack displacement.


The brake sensor pressure allows you to detect fluid and air pressures. It offers a high level of reliability and endurance and is protected against the high vibration, shock and high temperatures found in Motorsport.


Many Sensors can be connected to EVO4S via:

5 analog channels with configurable 12 bit 0-5 Volt, 0-500 mV inputs to thermocouple input, used to sample data coming from temperature, pressure, suspension and other kinds of sensors. 2 speed inputs, which allow you to monitor the different wheel behaviours. 1 RPM input, which manages square wave signals transmitted by the ECU, or pulse signals picked from the coil command ( low voltage).

Internal three-axial accelerometer and gyro sensor. A built in inertial platform lets you have the most powerful system for understanding oversteering, understeering, etc.

Digital output: EVO4S features a 1 amp at 12V digital output. You can configure it in order to turn it on or off depending on the value of the analogue or digital inputs, ECU values, expansion values, GPS information or math channels.

CAN output: With the CAN output you can send messages directly to an existing CAN network in order to improve the range of vehicle control possibilities.

Powerful data analysis: Data recorded by EVO4S can be downloaded to PC and analysed with our race studio 3 software.

Add a GS Dash to your Kit

Our AiM GS Dash is a compact, flexible and fully configurable graphical display showing data sampled by our EVO4S. This dash is a must have for bikes and has been designed in aluminium with edge to edge glass and metallic buttons, its robust and waterproof.
