Designed to reduce screen glare in open cockpits, road cars and challenging lighting conditions, this lightweight visor extends 29mm beyond the display to provide effective shading without obstructing your view.

Fitting the Visor
The visor features a simple push-fit design, allowing it to attach directly to your Aim Solo 2 or Solo 2 DL without tools, adhesives, additional clips or modifications.
Its contoured sides wrap around the full height of the lap timer, locating securely into the notch at the top of the housing and the rear corner recesses. Integrated internal snap beads engage behind the rear rim, holding the visor firmly in position.
Once fitted, the original Aim mounting bracket can be installed over the rear of the unit as normal, ensuring compatibility with existing Solo 2 mounting solutions.
Materials
Manufactured from ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate), the visor is designed to withstand the demanding conditions found inside motorsport vehicles.
Unlike conventional 3D-printing materials such as PETG or ABS, ASA offers excellent resistance to UV exposure and high temperatures, helping the visor maintain its shape and appearance even in direct sunlight or hot vehicle interiors.
Its durable construction and matte black finish provide a refined, factory-style appearance, making it a practical addition to your lap timer.
