What Is A Tyre Pressure Monitoring System?
A Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is a system designed to monitor the pressure and pressure imbalances in a vehicle's tyre to provide warnings if the pressure falls below a certain threshold. They're ideal for fitting to spare wheels, ready for mid-race tyre changes.
TPMS Key Features

Why Choose The Tyre Pressure Monitoring System Set of 4 Sensors
This set of 4 sensors has been designed for use with the Aim tyre pressure monitoring system. They help provide real time alerts about low tyre pressure, reduce the risk of accidents, improve fuel efficiency, optimise tyre performance and extend tyre life. They're ideal if you want to add a spare set of wheels for testing purposes or mid-race tyre changes.
Aim Dashes and Loggers will require a CAN Protocol which can be obtained from the downloads section to interface with the unit.
Please Note: The Tyre Pressure Monitoring System can be used with most Aim dash loggers (except Solo 2).
Sensor IDs
Each sensor has its own serial number to allow the TPMS to distinguish between itself and other systems on the vehicle. Changes can then be made to improve the performance of your vehicle on the track.
Spare sensors can be programmed with any of the serial numbers that have been allocated to the receiver. Sensor IDs of two unmounted wheels can be swapped.
Automatic Assignment of Sensor Location (AASL)
When sensors are located in a different position of your vehicle, you can reassign them to their new position using the TPMS handheld receiver (not included).
If the front wheels are swapped, this operation enables you to reallocate the sensor data in the receiver so that the valves for the front left sensor are now transmitted on the CAN ID for the front right. Consequently, the sensor data that is viewed on the dashboard and logged is correct and will appear as the front right.
Configure & Analyse with Race Studio 3
Configuration
With Race Studio 3 you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, Math channels, Display Pages, Digital outputs, Alarms, Shift Lights and all the expansions you need.
Analysis
Race Studio 3 also allows you to download and analyse all data recorded by the sensors to your laptop/PC. With graphs, histograms and tables, you can study your lap and sector times to refine racing lines and braking points to enhance your racing performance.
