With an M10 0-100 bar brake pressure sensor, a stainless steel OTK kart T-piece mount and a 4-pin 719 female to 712 male binder patch lead, this kit provides everything you need to monitor brake pressure directly on your MyChron 4/5 Lap Timer. Ultimately, the Brake Pressure Sensor Kit helps you understand how much pressure you are applying to the pedal under braking and will help improve braking performance.

The Aim Brake Pressure Sensor is installed directly into the hydraulic brake line, usually at a calliper or master cylinder. As you apply the brakes, hydraulic pressure builds up in the line. The sensor detects this pressure and converts it into a voltage signal, which is then sent to your Aim dash or data logger. That voltage is interpreted as a pressure value (up to 100 bar), giving you a live readout of exactly how hard you’re pressing the brakes at any given moment.

The Pressure Sensor Kit comes with everything you need to monitor brake pressure on an OTK kart: a brake pressure sensor, a T-piece mount and a patch lead to connect the system to an Aim MyChron 4, MyChron 5, MyChron 4 2T, MyChron 5 2T, MyChron 5S, MyChron 5S 2T or MyChron Expansion.
