Precision & High-Speed 32-Bit Core Processing

At 20,000 RPM, the Aim Taipan ECU ensures ignition precision within 1/10 of a degree, equating to an accuracy of 0.8 microseconds for turning the spark on. This precision guarantees:

UC Bridge - Optional Extra

We have 2 types of UC Bridges that serve different purposes. The UC Bridge Tuner is required to configure the unprogrammed Aim Taipan ECU and includes a Tuner Lisence, while the UC Bridge acts as a basic connection between the ECU’s CAN bus and your PC’s USB port for diagnostics and transferring maps.

Tuner License:

The UC Bridge Tuner is required to configure the unprogrammed Aim Taipan ECU and acts as a connection between the ECU’s CAN bus and your PC, allowing for custom tuning to create and modify maps, adjust configurations and refine strategies specific to your bike setup.

Taipan ECU Connections

The Aim Taipan ECU features four connectors:

• Main Connector – Compatible with most Yamaha motocross bikes
• CAN Connector – Links to the Handlebar Switch and Data Logger
• 2nd CAN Connector – Connects to the UC Bridge for PC communication
• 3rd Connector – Provides spare analogue inputs and supports a secondary injector

Aim Handlebar Switch - Optional Extra

The Aim Handlebar Switch enables on-the-fly adjustments, featuring 2 pushbuttons and 10 LEDs for controlling:

• Up to 5 selectable engine maps
• Real time fuel corrections
